About my
Practice

Claude Fourie
Claude is a sex researcher and educator who spends a lot of time thinking about the things people usually only whisper about.
Sitting at the intersection of clinical theory and lived experience, he has dived deep into the worlds of emotional design, sex therapy, and the complexities of compulsive sexual behaviors.
While currently putting the finishing touches on advanced studies in clinical sexology, Claude has already clocked the miles in the field including navigating the transformative SASHA SAR process. He is known for balancing high-level clinical rigor with a refreshingly empathetic (and judgment-free) approach to the wild spectrum of human desire.
When he's not deconstructing relationship dynamics, Claude is hard at work on a forthcoming book examining the fascinating world of foot fetishism. By shining a light on specialized sexual expressions, he aims to kick shame out of the bedroom and spark a much more sophisticated and slightly more playful global conversation about what really drives us behind closed doors.

RekindleIntimacy
Program
Do you lie in Bed at night and think this...
Her
Him

"First off, you are not alone...
these thoughts are heavy, but they don't have to be the permanent soundtrack of your marriage. My program is designed to break the cycle of 'pursuit and withdrawal' by replacing resentment with a new language of connection. We move beyond the surface-level arguments about frequency and chores to address the core emotional needs, safety, appreciation, and desire that have been buried under the weight of daily life. By participating, you aren't just 'fixing a problem'; you are rebuilding a foundation where intimacy feels like a mutual gift rather than a source of pressure or pain, allowing you both to feel truly seen and wanted again."
My
Story

"I was one of the lucky ones. I met the love of my life at a young age, and for a long time, we were the envy of all our friends. But while some saw romance, others saw the potential for a plateau. The question I always faced was: *How do you keep that electric passion alive for decades with the same partner?*
When you add six children and multiple businesses into the mix, you’ve got a recipe for stress, exhaustion, and let’s be honest everything 'anti-sexy.' But here is the truth: the biggest lie you’ve ever been told is that intimacy and great sex should just happen naturally.
The reality is that extraordinary passion is a choice. It is something you cultivate for the entirety of your relationship. It takes intentional effort and the right roadmap to keep the fire from fading. My obsession with relationship psychology and clinical sexology has taught me that the spark isn't something you *find*; it’s something you *build.*
My mission is to share this knowledge with you to unlock the vibrant, passionate side of your partnership. I want you to live your best, sexiest life together. I’m jumping in with both feet, and I’m asking you to do the same. Let’s get honest, let’s get raw, and let’s risk the vulnerability required to achieve something incredible.
Are you ready to transform your relationship into something
thrilling again? Do you want those butterflies back? Do you
want your heart to race when a message from your partner
pops up on your phone?
**Let’s make this happen.**"
Is this
You?

When did your intimate life stop feeling like a shared adventure and start feeling like just another item on your to-do list?

How much longer can you keep up the act of being 'fine' when your intimate life feels like it’s hanging by a thread?

You’ve spent so much time thinking about what’s wrong that you’ve lost the map back to your own pleasure. Ready to come back down?
_ed.jpg)
Early on, it was constant. We couldn't keep our hands off each other, and the chemistry was just there, every single day. But after a few years of marriage, that spark just vanished. Now, we’re more like roommates than a couple. We still love each other, but the physical part is gone, and I don’t know how to get it back.

For years, the kids were everything. Between school, sports, and college, we didn't have a second for ourselves. We were a great team, but we were just 'Mom and Dad.'
Now the house is empty, and it's just the two of us again. I thought we’d finally have time for each other, but instead, it feels like I'm living with a stranger. We’ve spent so long focusing on everyone else that we’ve forgotten how to connect with each other

With four kids our life is a non-stop shuttle service. Between the sports, the school drama, and the constant noise, there’s never a quiet moment. We’re so busy managing their lives that we’ve stopped living our own. By the time the house finally goes quiet, we’re both just drained. We’re great at being parents, but we’ve completely lost ourselves as a couple.

What make this Program
Different
and why it works
Most intimacy programs fail because they offer "homework" that feels like a chore. We’ve redesigned the experience to feel like an adventure. We don’t just give you information; we give you an **ecosystem of transformation.** Here is why this program is in a league of its own
Direct Access: Your Personal Guide (Claude)
You are never alone in this process. Unlike "set it and forget it" courses, you have a direct line to Claude via messaging. Whether you have a question about a specific exercise, hit a mental roadblock, or just need a boost of confidence, real-time expert support is just a text away. It’s like having an intimacy coach in your pocket.
The Science of Play & Instruction
We replace "talk therapy" with "Instructed Play". Using a blend of games and structured exercises, we bypass the logical brain and tap directly into the nervous system. These games are designed to be low-pressure but high-reward, making the "work" of relationship building feel like the best part of your day.
What Else Makes Us Worth It?
The "Secret Sauce" Methodology: Our curriculum is built on a proprietary blend of Breathwork, Sensate Focus, and After-Talk protocols that you won't find in any bookstore or on any blog.
Privacy-First Design: We understand the sensitive nature of this work. Our platform and messaging are built with total discretion in mind, providing a "Vegas-style" environment: what happens in the program stays in the program.
A "Blueprint" for the Future: We don't just fix the now; we give you a Custom Intimacy Blueprint on Day 14. You aren't just buying 14 days of passion; you are buying the tools to maintain that fire for the next 14 years.
The Multimodal Experience
We learn and connect through different senses. Our program leverages every medium to ensure the message sticks:
Video Content: High-definition videos that don’t just "tell" but "show" and inspire, setting the mood and demonstrating the energy required for each day.
Audio Immersives: Guided audio sessions designed to be played in the moment, helping you and your partner stay present and out of your heads.
Interactive Quizzes: Fun, insightful "discovery" quizzes that help you learn your partner's internal landscape without the awkwardness of a formal interview.
Radical Accountability & Support
Daily Check-ins: Our structured check-in system ensures you stay on track and helps you process the breakthroughs you’re experiencing in real-time.
24/7 Open Support Line: Intimacy doesn’t happen on a 9-to-5 schedule. Our open support line means you can reach out whenever a breakthrough or a barrier occurs.
The Bottom Line
You’ve tried the dinner dates. You’ve tried the "serious talks." This is the radical, fun, and deeply supported shift you’ve been looking for. It’s time to move past the myths and start experiencing the connection you deserve.
Are you ready to stop guessing and start feeling?

Myths &
Truths

The "Lightning Bolt" Myth
The Truth
For many, desire is responsive. The spark often doesn't show up until *after* the physical connection has already begun
Desire should always be spontaneous. If you don't feel a sudden urge, something is wrong.

The "Mind Reader" Myth
The Truth
Intimacy is a skill that requires constant feedback. Preferences change, and verbal direction is a sign of a healthy connection, not a failing one.
If they truly loved me, they would just know exactly what I want.

Intimacy = Sex" Myth
The Truth
Sex is a type of intimacy. Intimacy is about "into-me-see" allowing yourself to be known. Without the emotional bridge, physical acts often feel empty.
Intimacy and sex are the same thing

The "Natural Connection" Myth
The Truth
Everything valuable requires maintenance. Scheduling intimacy is a high-level commitment to making your partner a priority.
Great chemistry should be effortless. If we have to "work" at it or schedule it, the magic is dead.

The "Foreplay Starts in the Bedroom" Myth
The Truth
Real foreplay starts at breakfast. It’s the text at 2 PM and the emotional safety you build throughout the day.
Foreplay is the 15-minute "warm-up" before the main event.

The "Frequency Equals Quality" Myth
The Truth
The "right" amount is whatever feels fulfilling for both partners. Fixating on a quota turns connection into a chore.
Happy couples must have sex a specific number of times per week to be "normal.

The "Linear Progression" Myth
The Truth
This "escalator" mindset makes couples avoid small acts of affection. True intimacy is a playground, not a highway.
Intimacy must always follow a set order: Kissing → Touching → Foreplay → Intercourse → Orgasm.

The "Orgasm is the Goal" Myth
The Truth
Focusing strictly on the "finish line" creates pressure that kills presence. The most profound connection often happens in the "journey" phase.
An intimate encounter is only successful if it ends in an orgasm.

The "Kids Kill Romance" Myth
The Truth
Children change the logistics, but they don't have to change the connection. The issue is usually losing your identity as lovers and becoming purely co-parents.
It is impossible to have a spicy, intimate life once you have children.

The "Men Want Sex, Women Want Love" Myth
The Truth
This is an oversimplification. Everyone needs both. Many men use touch to feel emotional safety, and many women need physical connection to feel mentally at peace.
Men are purely physical, and women are purely emotional.

The "Conflict Kills Intimacy" Myth
The Truth
Avoiding conflict creates "walls." Learning to repair after a fight is actually a powerful aphrodisiac because it builds trust.
Great lovers don't fight. If we argue, we can't be intimate.

The "Privacy Means Secrecy" Myth
The Truth
A little mystery is essential. Maintaining your own individual identity creates the "space" across which the spark of desire can jump.
Healthy couples should have no boundaries and tell each other everything.
Core Elements of the
Program
Breathwork
We use this because most couples carry the stress of the day into their intimate moments, which triggers a "fight or flight" response that is the enemy of arousal. By synchronizing your breathing, you move into a shared parasympathetic state, lowering cortisol and increasing presence. It is a critical foundation because intimacy cannot thrive in a body that feels rushed or anxious. Participants find this incredibly engaging as they feel an immediate, tangible shift in their physical chemistry, often reporting a "buzzing" sensation of connection before a single word is even spoken.
%202.jpg)
After-Talk
The "After-Talk" is the essential "seal" on an intimate experience, ensuring that the vulnerability shared during the exercises is processed and validated. We use this to prevent the "intimacy hangover" that feeling of sudden disconnection or awkwardness that can occur after a deep or spicy session. It is incredibly important because it builds the emotional safety required to repeat and deepen the exercises in the future. This phase is deeply engaging as it allows couples to share "peak moments" and "vulnerability wins," turning a physical act into a lasting emotional bond that carries over into their daily communication.

Sensate Focus
Sensate Focus is the heart of the program’s physical reconnection, focusing on the discovery of sensation rather than the pressure of performance. We use this evidence-based technique to strip away the "end-goal" mentality that often leads to anxiety or boredom in long-term relationships. It is vital because it re-teaches the skin how to feel and the brain how to receive pleasure without the demand for a specific outcome. This element is highly engaging because it transforms touch into a game of discovery; it turns your partner’s body into a new landscape where the smallest, most subtle movements can trigger profound responses, making the experience feel fresh and exploratory.

Media
The use of curated media whether it be evocative music, guided audio, or visual prompts is designed to create a "contained world" for the couple. We use this to engage the senses and bypass the logical, "to-do list" part of the brain that often interferes with romance. Media is important because it sets the stage, providing a professional and polished structure that makes the program feel like an elite experience rather than just another chore. It is one of the most engaging aspects of the program, as it provides a cinematic backdrop to the couple's journey, making the transitions between their normal life and their intimate "roadmap" feel seamless and intentional.

01.
The "Magic Wand" Seekers
If you are looking for a quick fix that requires zero effort, this isn't it. Intimacy is a muscle, and this program is the gym. We provide the roadmap and the support, but you have to do the breathing, the touching, and the talking. If you aren't willing to put in the 20–30 minutes a day required to reconnect, you won't see the transformation.
02.
The "Blame Game" Champions
If your primary goal is to prove that your partner is the "problem" while you remain unchanged, you will struggle here. This program requires a high level of self-reflection. It is designed for couples where both partners are willing to look in the mirror and ask, *"How can I show up better for us?
03.
The Skeptical Bystanders
Vulnerability is the price of admission for passion. If you plan to sit on the sidelines, "watch" the videos, and over-analyze the science without actually participating in the games and exercises, the "spark" will remain out of reach. You have to be willing to get a little "messy" and risk being raw to get the results.
04.
Couples in High-Conflict Crisis
While we help couples navigate stress and disconnect, this program is not a substitute for clinical intervention in cases of active abuse, unaddressed infidelity, or deep-seated trauma. This is a program for rekindling a fire that has dimmed, not for rebuilding a structure that is currently in an emergency state.

MEN, are any of these
inhibiting your sex life?
Challenges
Mis-matched Libido
Mis-matched libido (sometimes called sexual desire discrepancy) happens when two partners in a relationship have different levels of sexual desire or interest. About 28% of men in long-term relationships report distress linked to differences in sexual frequency, and if left unaddressed, it can deeply impact male sexuality, self-image, and overall relationship health.
Problematic Porn Use
Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder (CSBD) can have harmful effects on a person's sex life by creating unrealistic expectations of intimacy, reducing sensitivity to real-life partners, and making it harder to achieve arousal without pornography. Over time, this can contribute to erectile difficulties, decreased desire for a partner, and feelings of shame or guilt, all of which negatively impact self-esteem and relationship satisfaction.
Erectile Difficulty
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the persistent difficulty in achieving or maintaining an erection firm enough for satisfactory sexual activity. 50% of men over 40 worldwide experience some degree of erectile dysfunction. The good news is that ED is highly treatable research shows that about 70–80% of men respond successfully to a variety of treatments depending on the conditions.
Low Libido
Low libido in men is a reduced interest or desire for sexual activity that is persistent and causes personal distress or affects relationships. It can be influenced by hormonal issues (like low testosterone), mental health factors (such as stress, anxiety, or depression), relationship problems, chronic illness, or even certain medications. Research shows that 14–15% of men aged 40–80 reported a lack of sexual interest lasting at least two months, highlighting how common and impactful this issue can be on men’s sexuality and overall well-being.
Sexual Communication
Problems
A sexual communication problem happens when partners struggle to openly discuss their sexual needs, desires, boundaries, or concerns. This lack of clear and honest dialogue can lead to misunderstandings, unmet expectations, and frustration. For men, poor sexual communication often results in performance anxiety, reduced confidence, and feelings of rejection, as they may be left guessing what their partner wants or perceiving silence as disinterest.
Sexual Boredom
Stuck in the same old routine, wondering if this is as good as it gets?
The numbers: 27% of women and 41% of men feel sexually unfulfilled in long-term relationships. Good news: It doesn't have to stay that way. As a clinical sexologist, I help couples break the monotony and reignite real passion with proven strategies.
Let's make sex great again together. Your best experiences are closer than you think!
Early or Delayed Ejaculation
Men can experience a range of ejaculation problems, such as premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, or complete absence of ejaculation. These issues can result from psychological factors like stress or anxiety, physical causes such as nerve damage or hormonal imbalances, or relationship-related challenges. Ejaculation problems can significantly affect sexual satisfaction, lower confidence, and create tension or strain in intimate relationships, making it important to address both the physical and emotional aspects of male sexual health.
Understanding Female
Sexuality
Understanding female sexuality is crucial for men to foster satisfying and healthy sexual relationships. Many men lack accurate knowledge about female sexual anatomy, arousal patterns, and the variety of ways women experience pleasure. Research highlights this gap: in a 2018 study, over 60% of men reported feeling uncertain about what stimulates their female partners, and only about 30% could correctly identify the female orgasmic response cycle. This lack of understanding can lead to frustration, miscommunication, and lower sexual satisfaction for both partners.
Performance Anxiety
Sexual performance anxiety is the fear of not being able to perform sexually, which can affect arousal, erection, and overall satisfaction, potentially leading to erectile dysfunction, low desire, and avoidance of intimacy. Up to 25–30% of men experience this anxiety at some point in their lives.

Q&A's
What exactly does a Clinical Sexologist do? Is it different from talk therapy?
Think of me as a specialist for the "final frontier." While traditional therapy looks at your history, I focus specifically on the intersection of your biology, psychology, and sexual behavior. We address issues like desire discrepancies, performance anxiety, and kink exploration using evidence-based tools. Note: Clinical sexology is strictly talk-based and educational; there is never any physical contact between the clinician and the client.
I’m embarrassed to even say these things out loud. Will you judge me?
My office is a "Shame-Free Zone." In my career, I’ve heard it all from the common "loss of spark" to complex fantasies and "taboo" curiosities. My role is to be your Safe Harbor, not your moral judge. We treat sexual health as a vital sign, just like your heart rate or blood pressure.
I’m struggling with Erectile Dysfunction/Premature Ejaculation. Can you fix me?
Most sexual "glitches" are actually communication errors between the brain and the body. We look at the "Vascular Bridge" and the "Performance Paradox." By dismantling the "Spectatoring" (over-thinking during sex) and using somatic exercises, we move you from "performing" to "feeling."
Is my [penis size / vaginal shape / desire level] normal?
In 2026, we know that "normal" is a massive spectrum. Most anxiety comes from the "Porn Standard" highly edited outliers that don’t reflect reality. We will look at the clinical data (like the 2026 Kinsey updates) to reset your reality and build your body confidence.

My partner and I have totally different drive levels. Are we incompatible?
This is the #1 reason couples seek help. It’s rarely about a lack of love; it’s about Responsive vs. Spontaneous Desire. We work on "negotiated intimacy" and finding your "Yes/No/Maybe" matches so that sex stops feeling like a chore for one and a rejection for the other.

How do I tell my partner about a specific fetish (like feet or impact) without "breaking" the relationship?
We use the "Third-Party Buffer" and "Neutral Zone" strategies. I help you draft the "script" so you can reveal your "Internal Cinema" safely. Most partners are more open than you think they’re just waiting for a safe invitation.
I think I’m addicted to porn/gooning. Can we address this?
We don't use the "shame model." We look at the Neurochemistry and how your dopamine receptors are being "overclocked." We work on a "Dopamine Reset" to help you find pleasure in real-world connection again without the "neurological hangover."
